I construction and process

This is the first house I completed. It is about outlook to the surrounding Tweed Valley hinterland. It cools itself with cross ventilation and shade. It warms itself by allowing in winter sun. It is basically a one bedroom home on the upper floor, with a guest area on the lower floor to allow for a sense of independence between the two. It has about 100m2 of internal space and 90m2 of deck.
